Who We Are
A Clinical Director with experience in Neonatology. Since the inception of the California Newborn Hearing Screening Program (CA NHSP), IHSS has been dedicated to making the programs easier to manage for our hospitals.
Our Medical Director is a CCS-paneled Audiologist with nearly thirty years experience in Audiology. She regularly reviews policies and procedures and develops nursing and physician staff education modules that satisfy the education requirements for the CA NHSP.
Our Data Management team makes more entries to the state Data Management Service (DMS) than any other organization. Our Data Coordinators accurately enter data and upload results to DMS. Additionally, they regularly make contact phone calls reminding patients of Outpatient appointments which keeps our Lost to Follow Up (LTFU) rate much lower than the state average.
IHSS’ NCHAM certified technicians perform hearing screens in a professional manner that will provide your patients with the best experience in hearing screening.
IHSS prides itself on excellent communication with our hospital directors. You will receive your monthly, quarterly, and annual reports directly from your local manager. Additionally, we visit our hospitals regularly to check in with hospital management to ensure client satisfaction.
Our site managers are drawn from your local community. Having a local manager provides the best possible service to your facility and your patients.
