Who We Are
Established in 1999, Infant Hearing Screening Specialists (IHSS) has been working from the beginning of the California Newborn Hearing Screening Program. As the only dedicated NHSP Contractor reporting to all three Hearing Coordination Centers, IHSS is a leader in tracking trends in a constantly evolving sphere of Newborn Hearing.
IHSS is currently working alongside Bay Area Northern Coastal HCC to pilot and develop the new CA Data Management System that will soon be mandatory for all California hospitals. Our contributions to this pilot program will allow our contracted hospitals to be well positioned for the launch of the new mandatory Data Management program.
